The primary purpose of the Albury Wodonga Regional Exporters' Network (AWREN) is to increase exports from the greater Albury Wodonga region (from Southern NSW extending to North East Victoria). It does this by:
  • Managing a support and information network for new and experienced exporters;
  • Co-ordinating a range of activities and promotions to encourage exports; and
  • Practical Education for exporters
  AWREN conducts export training programs and hosts education briefings by organisations such as:
  • Austrade
  • Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT)
  • Austrade's Export Market Development Grants (EMDG) scheme
  • Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (EFIC)
  • Australian Institute of Export
  • Relevant organisations that can enhance exporting from the region.
AWREN hosts delegations from:
  • China
  • The Middle East
  • India
These delegations offer opportunities for members of the network to meet foreign buyers and trade organisations.

By registering with AWREN, current and potential exporters receive invitations to be part of these events and activities
   Registration is free to all potential and current exporters in the greater Albury Wodonga region (Southern NSW and NE Victoria)
